Hi, I’m Petra, a loving and playful 3-year-old Appenzell Mountain Dog. Life recently presented me with a big change when my previous owners could no longer keep me. The reason for this was that they had a child who was allergic to dogs. Although it was hard for me to say goodbye to them, I am ready to start a new chapter in my life and find a loving family who will love me forever.
As an Appenzeller mountain dog, I am known for my energy and cheerful nature. I am a true explorer and love to experience new adventures. Whether we’re going for long walks together in the countryside or letting off steam in the garden, I’m always ready to join in. My loyal eyes and beautiful coat make me a real eye-catcher.
I am very intelligent and learn new commands and tricks quickly. With a little patience and loving guidance, I’m sure I’ll soon be able to learn a lot of new things. I am also an extremely social dog and get along well with other dogs and people. Big or small, I am always friendly and loving.
Despite my energy and playfulness, I am also a gentle dog who likes to be close to his family. I enjoy spending time with my humans, whether it’s cuddling on the couch or playing outside. I long for a family who will give me lots of love and attention and make me feel safe and secure.
